[ It's a little challenging to carry on a conversation while they're prying themselves through the winding path that Dick took to break in, especially since he's particularly talented at exactly this kind of thing strong and flexible and almost unnaturally good at knowing exactly where the best handholds are, and exactly how to balance his weight to land both silently and steadily. It would have been a challenge to try to navigate someone else through it, but Terry's right behind him and watching his every move, so it works. He's not intentionally showing off, just... doing his usual thing. Which does tend to be pretty indistinct from a performance at times, admittedly. He can't help it.
He's not going at a break-neck pace though, especially not now that he knows Terry's taken a good solid hit of some kind, for all he knows he could have been drugged with something too, it's hard to say what they would do to keep a Bat down for the count. God knows he's had plenty of experience with concussions himself, it's probably a miracle that his brain still seems to be in fairly good condition after how many times it's been severely rattled. ]
