[ The bias certainly helps. Stifling hasn't endeared Terry to Bruce in the way it had with Dick. If only because Dick had also been willing to give him a chance, while Bruce only wanted to keep him locked down, with no room to move. Even without the Batman stuff, Terry needed room to move. He could have pushed harder, he supposed. But things with Bruce were tenuous enough. He didn't want it getting any worse. Because despite everything, Terry still really cared about Bruce and didn't want their differences to wedge them apart.
